San Juan Seltzer – Regional Sales Manager for Texas – Brewbound.com Craft Beer Job Listing

Looking for a candidate that has been a district manager in the Beverage/Alcohol Business for 5+years either on the supplier or distributor side. Dallas based is a must but will be traveling throughout Texas to launch and establish San Juan Seltzer brand in both Stores and Restaurants. Must have strong relationships with grocery buyers at the chain level. Will oversee a Brand Ambassador in the same area as well. Will need to communicate with our distributors and off and on premise account managers.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales team in craft beer/RTD/hard seltzer

• Has a strong knowledge of the hard seltzer, RTD and/or craft beer industry and market dynamics

• Supplier experience. Running and developing teams in the beer space

• Distributor Management

• Has strong relationships with corporate buyers in the Texas market

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to independently build customer and team rapport

• Must have a flexible work schedule and a willingness to travel on a regular basis

• High and excitable energy for taking on new challenges with a hands-on attitude

• A team-first & success-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
