What you’ll do:
As the Sales Operations & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Vice President of Sales, National Account Director, Regional Sales Managers, Marketing Manager, and Sales Reps. You will support marketing & sales efforts as well as assist with event planning and project management duties as required. You will own the tracking and reporting of all sales KPIs.

Role and responsibilities:
• Fill and maintain Item/vendor forms (Excel)
• Run sales/inventory reports, analyze & distribute key metrics to team
• Calendarize dates & maintain internal and external scheduling
• Take and maintain meeting notes & follow up on action items with team members
• Attend sales & marketing meetings and disseminate follow-up responsibilities
• Track the sales team KPIs, quotas and goals and circulate with weekly summary
• Assist VP of Sales with monthly and quarterly executive summaries
• Ensure that all sales staff have the necessary materials to do their jobs effectively
• Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, i.e. sell sheets & posters
• Manage sales and marketing samples with Fulfillment Manager
• Assist with the execution of large-scale special events.

Education and experience preferred:
• College Degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or admin
• Solid Excel background
• Good Sheets/Apps proficient
• Experience with customer CRMs
• Knowledge of trends & regulations in the alcohol industry a plus
• National chain sales/marketing experience a plus
• Previous administrative/ HR or other office experience a plus
• Experience working on a distributed team a plus
