Marketing & Events Coordinator

Lord Hobo is seeking a full-time creative marketing mind to organize and execute strategies that will help further our rapid growth.

The primary role for the Marketing & Events Coordinator is to work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing in building and maintaining relationships and creating brand awareness through off-site events and designing marketing collateral. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a field team of brand ambassadors with the scheduling and execution of off-site events

  • Finalize agreements and contracts, ensuring proper event paperwork is in place

  • Manage events calendar with scheduling, staffing and product

  • Manage events budget with Marketing Director to ensure each event is properly executed

  • Follow up with event staff to ensure expectations were delivered through recap process

  • Utilize Adobe Suite to produce and edit digital and print collateral and corresponding graphics and layouts with day-to-day requests

  • Photograph key products and events to contribute to social media and additional marketing assets

  • Field all donation requests and ensure it aligns with our core values

  • Collaborate with the marketing team in creative brainstorming to launch projects

  • Administrative office tasks to ensure influencers, customers and partners get product as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to go above and beyond assigned tasks

  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from Marketing Director and peers

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift  up to 165 lb. kegs and various point-of-sales boxes on a periodic basis. May drive long distances (up to 8 hours). Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time.

  • Unusual / extensive hours: May be required to work long or unpredictable hours. The work revolves around objectives, projects and priorities, not hours. Must be available nights and weekends. 

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be able to travel, 15%. Mostly Northeast. 


At a minimum, the Marketing & Events Coordinator must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 4-year college degree (or higher) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience

  • Beer or lifestyle beverage industry experience a huge plus

  • Comfortable traveling regularly and working autonomously

  • Experience working at off-site events is preferred

  • Background in photography & graphic design
